Recovery is just as important as your training. If you’re a competitive athlete or someone who works out daily, we understand that finding the time for recovery is hard.

At Renegade, we can help you recover better through the use of a variety of treatment modalities like cupping, IASTM (tooling/blading/scraping), taping, assisted stretching and mobility, dry needling, and massage.

What does a recovery care session look like?

 

We have 30-minute and 60-minute recovery care sessions. These sessions will be tailored and personalized to you.

A session may include one or more modalities like cupping, scraping, massage, assisted stretching, and more.

These sessions are focused on recovery for athletes and active folks, because we know that planning the time for recovery is hard on top of a busy schedule.
